Jerusalem, from where the evangelization of our planet began two thousand years ago, must now be seen as the nucleus of a new evangelization on the scale of the solar system. In the heart of the Holy City lies the epicenter of Western culture: the Holy Sepulchre. Here is the tomb of Christ, the highest place of recollection in Christianity. Protected by various Christian communities, this monument offers Catholics the possibility of praying in an eleventh-century chapel adjacent to the venerated tomb. The chapel is now in need of a complete overhaul due to the ravages of time. Thus, by a most audacious paradox, its restoration could be financed by generous investors with the capacity to seize the opportunity to establish the first religious endeavour on Mars. Nothing would be more logical than for an exceptional technology to be put at the service of an exceptional place. Like all the holy places in the Holy Land, this monument is under the spiritual and temporal care of the disciples of Francis of Assisi, who will benefit from the investments generated by the sale of these NFT works, all authenticated by their author, David PONS. David Pons, an artist specialising in religious art, has been in charge of the design, realization and project management for the architectural restructuring and liturgical development of the Latin chapel for the past two years. In exchange for their financial contribution, each owner of an NFT will receive a certificate of authentication of physical patronage issued by the Custody of the Holy Land. In this way, the space-time bridge created between a real multi-sectional heritage and the virtual works of a heritage in the making, allows us to reveal the meaning of the word religious: that of building. It is therefore up to you to lay the first cryptonic stone on which you will build this church! This lots is sold on profit of the Holy-Land Custodia and 76% of the hammer price is to be given for the refection of the Latin Chapel of the Holy-Sepulcra. Its is possible to obtain a 66% tax reduction on the 76%. The Jubilee of 2033 is already being actively prepared and the Custody of the Holy Land did not want to remain outside the undertakings related to this event. For several years now, it has been working on a large-scale project to completely restore the Franciscan chapel of the Apparition of Jesus to his mother, known as the Latin Chapel. The current state of the chapel, which dates from the 1960s and was built after the Second Vatican Council, required a thorough reflection. The masonry from the Constantinian and Crusader periods (4th and 11th centuries) as well as their modern coatings are in a deplorable state today. The upgrading of the water and electrical networks is indispensable and, as communications change, video systems for the retransmission of masses must be installed. Liturgical needs have also evolved, impacting the building plastically and architecturally in its volumes and openings. We are therefore, metaphorically, in the presence of "a Stradivarius that history has covered, over the decades, with several layers of varnish, paint and discordant interventions". Thus, the study carried out during two years allowed to present not only the initial nobility of the structure of the chapel but also to develop the conception of the whole liturgical furniture. Sanitary constraints having delayed the project, it is now entering its construction phase in which we propose you to participate.
