Aguttes Bruxelles

The French art of transmission

Founded 50 years ago, Aguttes has become, over the years, a major player in the international art market and achieved a record of 86.5 million euros** in sales in 2022. This growth lies in the passion of its teams for the transmission of works of art, and exceptional objects. Its 60 employees are at the service of beauty, emotional and intellectual transmission between collectors. The house performs in all its specialties, on pieces ranging from 10,000 to 2 million euros, as well as on sales of particular collections, thanks to its dynamism and to an international communication force that regularly reaches auction records.

OUR MISSION IN BRUSSELS

In May 2019, Aguttes opens an office in Brussels. It opens its activity in the north of France, in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg and in the entire European Union. Brussels is a major political and economic center reachable from Paris, Amsterdam or London in only a few hours. The office is entrusted to the native of Belgium, Ernest van Zuylen. He offers to sellers in Belgium and the région a personalized, responsive service, from appraisal to sale, and provides direct access to a clientele of over 50% international buyers, as well as a direct path to the world's top collectors to reach and achieve auction records.

Ernest van Zuylen and Thomas Unger are your personal local representatives for all valuation requests. They coordinate with the internal experts and specialists free and confidential valuation days throughout the year. They are available to meet you by appointment at home. The Aguttes experts of the 15 specialised departments work to value and sell your collections, paintings, works of art, jewellery and outstanding cars in compliance with the values of transparency in intermediation, discretion, rigor and audacity.
