Mingqi statuette in fine clay terracotta, white and ochre polychrome, moulded, with traces of pink and black polychromy, representing a female musician in a white dress and a pink coat with long sleeves, holding a paixiao, an ancient thirteen-pipe panpipes. The paixiao ("pái xiao" or "pai-hsiao") is an ancient Chinese flute made of bamboo or, in the past, bone, with the appearance of a panpipes, with thirteen painted pipes and dating back more than 3,000 years. If it looks like a panpipes, the flutes that make it up are closer to the xiao. Their opening is beveled to produce the sound, and they do not have a horizontal cut like the section of a bamboo tube. H. 21 cm (The head broken, test mark in the head behind the bun above the left ear) The original thermoluminescence dating certificate from the ASA Francine Maurer laboratory, dated September 21, 2004, will be given to the purchaser. 隋 六世纪末-七世纪初 彩陶吹排箫仕女像(断头) 含2004年9月21日ASA Francine Maurer实验室年 代检测报告
