La Vente Officielle du Tour Auto 2025, orchestrated by Aguttes on Monday April 7 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, lived up to all its promises. On the eve of the start of the 34th edition of the famous historic rally, enthusiasts turned out in force to witness an exceptional sale combining classic automobiles, automobilia, watches, luxury luggage, contemporary art and fine wines & spirits. Bids skyrocketed, confirming the growing appeal of this not-to-be-missed event.
On the automotive side, rare and iconic models caused a sensation:
- The 1980 Ferrari 308 Gr. B Michelotto, a true racing beast signed Officina Michelotto, sold for €774,800, confirming its status as a rediscovered legend.
- Michael Schumacher's 1996 Ferrari 550 Maranello sold for €270,584.
- The highly sought-after 1984 Peugeot 205 Turbo 16, an icon of world rallying, sold for €274,160.
- The Ferrari F430 from 2007, in its rare mechanical gearbox version and unique “Rosso Barchetta” color, fetched €234,824.
- The 1975 Fiat 124 Abarth 16-Soupapes Gr. 4, an emblematic model in rally history, sold for €202,640.

Collector's watches: The Cartier Crash, one of Cartier's most emblematic and audacious watches
In watchmaking, Cartier was in the spotlight with spectacular results. The legendary Cartier Crash Watch, a limited edition model from the 1990s, sold for €305,500, underlining the continuing interest in bold, historic timepieces. The American Cartier Tank “Tom Hanks 1999” sold for €29,250.
