L'AVENTURE PEUGEOT CITROËN DS • THE OFFICIAL SALE
Sochaux, Sunday, October 23, 3pm

Since 2019, L'Aventure Peugeot Citroën DS has trusted us to organize an auction. After the Citroën centenary sale in La Ferté-Vidame, and the Peugeot-Citroën sales in Sochaux (2020) and Aulnay-sous-Bois (2021), we invite you to the Musée de l’Aventure Peugeot in Sochaux for a new event sale...

Since the establishment of this partnership, we have sold more than 300 lots of Automobilia and nearly 200 vehicles of the brand with the Lion and the Chevrons. From the 1900's to today, from racing cars to president's cars, through youngtimers of choice or charming utility vehicles, we will still delight the amateurs of these two legendary brands. Some mythical stars are already scheduled (we will reveal them to you very soon), but it is perhaps you who have the rare pearl or the future world record... Contact one of our specialists now to have your vehicle registered.

AGUTTES ON WHEELS IN THE RACE

Bugatti et Mans Classic

Each member of the Aguttes on Wheels team has the immense chance to live his passion on a daily basis, vacations, weekends and public holidays included, in contact with you, in the field, surveying shows and driving all over the world, in rallies or in races. Our pre-war and 1950s specialist Hugo Baldy was able to take advantage of this immense opportunity by taking part in two major events at the beginning of the summer, at the wheel of two automobile: a Bugatti Grand Prix and a D.B. Panhard barquette...

From June 12 to 19, the International Bugatti Rally took place in the heart of Occitania. The event, organized every seven years in France, brought together 110 Bugattis from all over the world (15 nationalities represented) for a crazy week of driving with more than 1,200 km of small roads, between the Aveyron, the Tarn and the Lot. All this under 40°C! The little 1927 Bugatti Type 37 of Hugo Baldy and Sophie Louveau behaved perfectly well despite a few hot spells. Thanks and congratulations to our friends of the Club Bugatti France for the flawless organization.

From July 1st to 3rd, Hugo changed his ride to take the wheel of an authentic 1951 D.B barquette Antem to compete with Dominique Baldy, Romain Grabowski and Christophe Berthelot in the Le Mans Classic. The smallest and oldest car of the stage 2, driven in its time by the factory driver Elie Bayol, crossed the finish line after a weekend of racing without any breakdown, in the middle of a grid of race cars all more incredible than the others. Please note that the next edition of Le Mans Classic will take place in 2023, to celebrate the centenary of the event, and that the Aguttes on Wheels team will take the start of this anniversary edition at the wheel of another mythical car from the history of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. To be continued!
