The Cota 330 belongs to the generation of large-capacity trial bikes produced by Montesa in the 1980s. At a time when the discipline was evolving towards increasingly technical and demanding obstacles, the 330cc model met a clear demand from top-level riders for more torque and greater mechanical power to tackle sections that smaller-capacity bikes could no longer handle.
