The Singer Mono 54 Grand Sport is a lightweight motorcycle produced by the French manufacturer Singer in the 1950s, at a time when France was teeming with small manufacturers driven as much by passion as by ambition.

The Mono 54 Grand Sport stands out in the Singer range for its distinctly sporty character. Its sleek lines, refined frame and performance-oriented features made it a unique two-wheeler in the French moped landscape of the time – a highly competitive segment dominated by machines that were often more utilitarian than stylish.

Dating from around 1954, this example belongs to a limited production run, now virtually impossible to find. Singers of this generation have largely disappeared, victims of time and neglect, which gives every surviving example undeniable heritage value.

An absolute rarity for the discerning collector seeking pieces that stray from the beaten track.
