A rectangular panel carved from walnut wood, featuring an arch inscribed in relief with the words “ITA EXATARI OPORTET FILIUM HOMINIS” (Thus must the Son of Man be lifted up. John 3:14) flanked on either side by the sun and the moon; below, the Crucifixion with the Virgin Mary and Saint John.
Second half of the 16th century.
