Rectangular plaque of polychrome painted enamel on a slightly embossed rectangular copper plate. The Transverberation of Saint Teresa of Ávila depicted within an oval, with spandrels featuring foliage in slight relief and a cartouche below inscribed ‘SAINTE * THERESE’. Highlights in painted gold. Reverse in black enamel signed in gold paint ‘Bte nouaiLher / à Limoges’
