Triple-layer celluloid, with background and preparatory drawings stapled to it, depicting Saphir. This Pan-Cel (panoramic format) is a complete production set: it comprises the celluloid painted in gouache, its background, and the layout (Dougas + Gengas). The set includes technical annotations from the period, notably instructions for vertical movement (“PAN UP”).
The background has a tear on the left-hand edge, a common wear and tear issue.
Very good overall condition, except for a tear on the left-hand side of the background.
