The first popular French car is called Le Zèbre!
Developed by Jules Salomon, after the success of the Type A in 1909, the least expensive small car on the market, the Type C (torpedo 4-cylinder, 2-seater) is the most elegant of the range.
The Le Zèbre earned a reputation for robustness and reliability, and was adopted by the French army as a liaison vehicle during the First World War. History known and documented since... 1923 (vintage registration title enclosed), with even a copy of a factory certificate dated 1927!
It's been in the same family since 1992, and a priori only needs a few good treatments before it's back on the road| an easy and inexpensive opportunity to step into the fascinating world of veteran and antiques...
