Ferrari F430 Spider « Boîte mécanique » – 2007

French registration title in progress

The presentation of a new Ferrari is a major event, a rare one, scrutinised by all car enthusiasts... The 2004 Paris Motor Show was the scene of this event: the 360 Modena, a commercial success considered by many as the passage to the modern era for Ferrari, was replaced by the F430, the new saloon car with a central-rear V8. The newcomer was much more comfortable to drive, thanks to a new cocktail of aids, and also more powerful, with 490 bhp for 1,350 kg!
It’s also worth noting that the vast majority of F430s were sold with automatic gearboxes, whereas manual gearboxes were available at no extra cost. These examples are particularly rare cars, and are the last V8 centre-rear saloons produced (without being special orders) with these gearboxes.
Our example was delivered new by Stradale Automobile on the 20th of June 2007 to its first owner, a French captain of industry, who decided to register it in Germany (although the car will remain in his residence in the south of France). Apparently, this collector was a fine Ferrari connoisseur, as the list of options is so long: manual gearbox, Rosso Corsa colour, full red leather interior (Tailor Made), electric seats, Daytona upholstery...
Today, the car has just over 7,500 km on the odometer, verifiable through the stamps in the original service booklet. During our test drive, we noticed that the manual gearbox offered a very unique driving experience compared with the “original” automatic gearbox. Its general condition is also very good, and in keeping with its low mileage!
This F430 ticks absolutely all the boxes: second-hand, low mileage, rare colour combination, but above all the mechanical gearbox! This is your chance to add a rare Ferrari to your collection...
