RELIQUARY OF THE TRUE CROSS
in the form of a pendant cross, containing
a fragment of the True Cross between two
pieces
beveled colorless glass with a silver filigree
in silver filigree.
The mount is sealed with the episcopal seal
of Mgr Sébastien-Michel Amelot de Chaillou,
bishop of Vannes (1774 - 1790).

Relic approved by the Sacred Congregation
des indulgences et des sacrées reliques with
issued in Rome, dated
February 4, 1751, signed by M. fr. Silvestre Mérani,
lord bishop of Porphire, prefect of the apostolic sacristy
and assistant to the pontifical throne.
Verified on April 16, 1787 by Mgr Sébastien-Michel
Amelot de Chaillou, bishop of Vannes.
