RELIQUARY
OF SAINT GRÉGOIRE THE GREAT
in the form of an oval copper pendant with
containing a relic of Saint Gregory the Great
(ossibus) on a red cloth with the handwritten
handwritten legend: "S. GREGORII.
MAGNI.PAPAE" in orle. The mount is sealed
with the episcopal seal of Mgr Sébastien-
Michel Amelot de Chaillou, bishop of Vannes
(1774 - 1790).

authentic issued on June 13, 1754,
signed by Prelate Alberico Archinto, verified
