Jean de Dieu Plifier, known as Saint Plifier - Legendary patron
of simplicity.
A legendary figure at the crossroads of history,
spirituality and humor, Jean de Dieu
de Dieu Plifier is reputed to have been born in 1632 near
Pechpeyrou, in a family of small nobility
nobility. Legend has it that he was inspired
by Saint Vincent de Paul and the thinkers
