In-8, red morocco, spine with 5 raised bands underlined by gilded stippling, gilded author and title, compartments decorated with mosaic scrolls forming an ogival motif, boards edged with gilded fillet, mosaic scroll and lily flowers in angular mosaic and gilded fountains, gilded fillet at the edges, mosaic-edged morocco spandrels decorated with a listel and 4 f lilies at the corners, red moiré satin linings and endpapers, marbled paper second endpaper, gilded head, untrimmed, covers and spine preserved, slipcase. and spine, slipcase [Creuzevault] (darkened spine with some rubbing, one corner rubbed, slipcase worn).
