"Jacques Prévert's friendly galaxy is mapped out on his illuminated ephemerides. Prévert used large sheets of white paper as diaries, most often purchased from Lavrut, 52 passage Choiseul. On his support,
Prévert used the same preliminary process: for each day of the week, he drew an immense multicolored flower, whose shape and color were never the same. On these illustrated pages, Prévert writes the day of the week at the top, sometimes with a number" (Carole Aurouet, L'Amitié selon Prévert,
Paris, Textuel, 2012).
On the right of the page, large drawing of a sunflower, in black, yellow and green felt-tip pens.
On the left, autograph notes, with people to see during the day: Piaf, Henri (with drawing of a sun), Jean Roger..., as well as the "Patissier".
