Case: round on entirely smooth hinge, cover with monogram in relief, gold bowl with World's Fair medals, two push-buttons for chronograph and quarter-repeater strike, signed "Le Phare".
Dial: white enamel with Arabic numerals for hours and minutes, minute track, central chronograph hand, small second hand and external scale for 1/5th of a second
Movement: mechanical with crown winding, spiral balance, anchor escapement, advance/delay adjustment racket, two-hammer gong chime with flywheel brake system
