Maserati Quattroporte – 2005

In 1963, Maserati presented a 4-door saloon, designed by Pietro Frua and powered by a 4.2-litre V8 engine| this car, called the Quattroporte, was not a great success, but it did establish a segment that would soon become the Trident brand’s best seller 40 years later, Maserati presented the fifth version, now designed by Pininfarina| the formula was the same, but the engine used was none other than the naturally-aspirated V8 used in the Ferrari F430!
Our car joined the collection in 2009, having been registered in France since 2008 | its overall condition is excellent, the odometer shows less than 50,000 km, the colour combination of Nero Carbonio on Tan leather is elegant, and the interior is very beautiful but has the common defect of Maseratis of that era, the famous ‘sticky-buttons’, which can now easily be treated in the face of growing demand
Despite prolonged wintering, our road test did not reveal any notable problems: however, a major general overhaul is in order before taking to the road again
Quattroporte cars are a rarity on the market, with such a beautiful colour combination and low mileage, so don’t miss your chance!

“An Italian saloon with a Ferrari engine for a price that simply beats the rest!”
