Audi RS2 – 1995

French registration title

In the mid-1990s, Audi was looking to rejuvenate its image, which had become outdated since its success in Group B | at the same time, Porsche ended its collaboration with Mercedes-Benz on the 500 E, and was looking for a new tenant for the Rossl-Bau factory to finance the development of the 993 and Boxster.
The collaboration was agreed, the S2 Avant was chosen as the basis, and after major mechanical changes (30% larger turbo, injectors, intercooler, 968 Turbo gearbox, etc.) and styling changes (993 wheels, new bumpers, etc.), the success was achieved.
Our example was delivered by Garage du Pont de Sainte-Devote in Monaco in this combination of Volcano Black on black leather| it would not change family until 2016, when it was bought by the current owner.
Its stamped maintenance booklet, order form, purchase invoice and original booklets are still present| a few bodywork defects are to be noted, and a problem with the radiator is to be deplored, but a general mechanical overhaul will be carried out just before the sale.
This car now has 105,000 km, and ticks all the boxes for enthusiasts wishing to add one of the most interesting Audis to their collection!

“The result of Porsche-Audi collaboration, here with a limpid history and very reasonable mileage!”
