Phạm Lực is a Vietnamese painter born in 1943 in Hué, Vietnam, and raised in Hanoi. He graduated from the Hanoi Fine Arts School in 1977. He was one of the official painters of the Vietnamese army and has been exhibited in many countries
France, Germany, the United States and Japan. Some of his works can be found in the collections of the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum.

Phạm Lực là một họa sĩ người Việt sinh năm 1943 tại Huế, Việt Nam và lớn lên tại Hà Nội. Ông tốt nghiệp mỹ thuật tại Hà Nội năm 1977. Ông là một trong những họa sĩ chính thức của quân đội Việt Nam và được triển lãm ở nhiều nước như Pháp, Đức, Mỹ, Nhật Bản. Một số tác phẩm của ông có mặt trong bộ sưu tập của Bảo tàng Mỹ thuật Việt Nam.
