Large domestic altar (butsudan) in black lacquered wood with carved gilded decoration, opening through a double set of hinged doors onto an architectural canopy featuring a miniature altar with three niches housing effigies of the Amida, Shaka and Yakushi Buddhas, with painted portraits of Buddhist patriarchs in the background. In the lower part, a set of sliding doors and drawers decorated with landscapes, housing worship utensils.
