= Important rectangular wool carpet with yellow background decorated with nine imperial dragons chasing the pearl among the clouds. The whole is framed by a lishui border surmounted by tumultuous waves.
At the top, a horizontal cartouche with the Qian Qing Gong ("Palace of Heavenly Purity") mark.

The Palace of Celestial Purity is one of three pavilions in the inner courtyard of the Forbidden City.
During the Qing dynasty, the palace served as an audience hall, where the emperor held court, received ministers and emissaries, and hosted banquets.
