Friendly cards to his colleague Briens, chief of staff of the prefect of the Gard then sub-prefect. Vacations in Chamonix: "Life is beautiful. Women too"... Passage to Evian. Moulin is asked by the prefect of Savoy to ask Briens to delay his arrival in Chambéry, his room not being ready...Compliments for Briens' advancement, whom he invites to join him at the winter sports and to "re-immerse himself for a few days in the Savoyard life"...
