Large covered earthenware baluster fountain, the body flanked by lion-headed grips holding a ring in its mouth, with blue-white decoration on tin glaze of a lively scene of characters near a terrace planted with bamboo, pine and banana trees, the base surmounted by a lion's head formerly housing the tap, the lid grip in the form of a Buddhist lion. H. 56 cm (The tap is missing, the lid and the neck are chipped, and there are cracks and firing defects)
