Pair of large and beautiful Canton porcelain marked shoulder vases, polychrome enamels of the pink family and gilding, the neck flanked by handles in the form of stylized dragons, decorated with palace scenes with numerous female figures near pavilions in poly-lobed reserves on a background of phoenixes in peonies, the shoulder highlighted with dragons coveting the flaming pearl in the clouds, the neck and base decorated with friezes of ruyis and leiwens, the pavilions enamelled in turquoise blue H. 59 and 59.5 cm (Some enamel gaps and wear)
