Meeting of three statuettes of standing figures, called "stickmen", in grey terracotta and engobes, represented standing, without clothes, hair in a bun on top of the head, face impassive. Plinths. H. 60 cm (Restorations, some chips and wear) PROVENANCE Dragon Culture, Hong Kong NOTE These terracotta statuettes have retained some of their flesh-colored polychromy. Naked, they were once completed with real clothes and armor, like the wooden mingqis found in Mawangdui Tomb #1. The perforated shoulders must have supported articulated wooden arms.
