He reads STRINDBERG's Sylva sylvarum, seduced by the correspondences between nature and art. "Wie schön diese Beziehungen setzten Endes Entsprechung zwischen alldem in der "Natur" u. der "Kunst".
Kein Gegensatz"... The next day he leaves for Mödling (where he gives his address). SCHÖNBERG is not yet back in Vienna after
Prague, because he was still conducting two concerts in Amsterdam ....
