He does not understand why "PICASSO did not receive my page-manuscript (for your Review) that I took care to send by registered mail on May 4". He will send her another page directly: "I hope she will have better luck"... He adds, across and in red ink, that he has just received PAB's card of the 17th : "This is to tell you how long it takes (in this day and age) for the correspondence".
