"Very happy am: so you are directing Relâche? I still have seven pages to orchestrate. On Saturday I will hand over the end of the second act to the copyist. You will have the score in the first days of November [...] As for the film part, René Clair has not yet given me the details of the film.
There is no delay [...] The whole thing is much simpler than Mercury, you know. In any case, it is very big... Let's have dinner together whenever you want [...] (I only eat vegetables)"...
