Full midnight blue long-grained morocco, boards decorated with six gilt fillets in frames with irons at the corners, four-ribbed spine titled and decorated with gilt motifs, large gilt lace inside, gilt edges, green dummy cover with calligraphic title, slipcase (René Aussourd).
Rare first edition, printed separately in a small number of the Revue des Deux
Mondes. The false title has not been preserved.
