L.A.S. "RM", Brussels February 2, 1966, to the publisher André DE RACHE| 1 page in-8 on his letterhead.
The handwriting is shaky and tired: Magritte will die 18 months later of cancer at the age of 69. The letter is about Magritte's work for the magazine Rhétorique and a text by Louis SCUTENAIRE: "If possible - for Beloeil (philanthropic work) - I ask you to lend the pictures and the echtachrome of Les Fleurs de l'Abîme". He asks to send a copy for review to E. Degrange of the Nouvelle Gazette de Charleroi. "I am waiting for the supplies: A) Waldbergs for me. B) The Rhetoric and postcards.
