CHINE, DE STYLE MING

Two Mingqi statuettes in fine clay and earthenware, polychrome white and ochre, moulded, partly covered with a green glaze, each representing a standing musician, his feet fixed on their terrace, draped in a long cloak with an unfinished green glaze on the sides, and wearing a raised rounded hat. One with a tambourine, whose hands still show the openings for the sticks. The second holding a trumpet in his right hand.

H. 20.5 - 20.5 cm

(Wear, glaze and polychromy gaps, traces of a test under each statuette, missing sticks for one, and what the other was holding in his left hand)
