The Renault 6 arrives on the market in 1968, it completes the Renault range by replacing the Dauphine whose production has stopped one year earlier. Situated between the mythical 4L and the small family saloon R16, it quickly found its public and remained in production until 1980.
The car we present is a Renault 6 TL phase 1. It is in its original configuration and bears the weight of the years on its body. The interior is not very well preserved and the odometer shows 33,600 km.
Some perforating corrosion marks can be seen on the body and chassis. From a mechanical point of view, the engine is not blocked, but will have to be restarted. This Renault 6 is a good base for restoration for any Renault enthusiast.
