In 1964, the sales of the 2CV are in free fall in front of the last arrivals in the market. In an attempt to remedy this trend, Citroën decided to modernise its mythical Deuche. From this quest comes the Citroën Dyane in 1967. The version that interests us in this production is the Acadiane, a van version of this French city car, which will be produced until 1987.
The one we are presenting here was launched on November 22nd 1984. Its sand colored body was repainted several years ago. The interior is still in its original condition and the odometer shows 45,500 km. Mechanically, the engine needs to be restarted. Significant traces of corrosion can be seen on the body and chassis. This Acadiane is therefore presented as a restoration base or as a parts bank.
