In 1969, the Sochaux-based company presents a small sedan halfway between the popular 204 and the luxurious 504: the 304. It will be very quickly declined in four different versions: a sedan, a coupe, a convertible and a station wagon. The production will end in 1980 with 1 178 425 units manufactured, it will be replaced by the 305.

The 304 we are presenting is a station wagon version launched on July 10th 1972. This car is today in its original state, its green metallic paint is certainly the original one. Its interior is quite well preserved, it has its original leather upholstery and its odometer shows 90,000 km. Traces of corrosion can be seen on the body and chassis. From a mechanical point of view, the engine will need to be restarted, but it is not blocked. This car is an interesting base for restoration for any Lion Brand enthusiast.
