In 1965, the Sochaux-based company presents a small popular saloon to complete their catalogue. It will be very quickly declined in sedan, coupé, cabriolet, station wagon or van versions. The production will stop in 1976 after more than 1 200 000 units manufactured.

The 204 we are presenting is an estate version that was launched on 6 April 1972. It has a burgundy red body which has been repainted several years ago and which corresponds to its original 1335 colour. The interior is still in its original state and still has its original skai upholstery. Some perforating corrosion marks are to be noted in some places on the body and chassis. The engine is running but a general overhaul is needed. This is a car that will delight an enthusiast looking for a restoration project
