He thanks him for his letter "I see there with astonishment that one wants to understand the cense of the Commandery of Giraucourt in what was asked to the community of Buzet in Brabant. I have the honour to repeat to Your Excellency, as I have already done several times, that it is by no means the intention of the King that all that belongs to the Order of Malthe be understood without any imposition of any kind whatsoever in connection with the present war".
