

HANGING CLOCK in patinated bronze and chased and gilded bronzes of appliques. The lower part of the clock is decorated with an urn in the antique style, flanked by two griffins, the central part with a lyre and two arrows with ribbons. The dial is underlined by two garlands of laurels and topped by a fleuron. Enamelled dial signed Porché in Paris showing the hours in Roman numerals. Sea green marble base. The uprights are decorated with cadukes and garlands of laurels. First quarter of the 19th century, in the spirit of Claude Gallé's bronzier
