Flintlock from the Manufacture Impériale de Maubeuge, stamped by Daniel Bouyssavy, all brass fittings. Mouthpiece, counterplate, trigger guard, cap, bear the hallmarks "D" surmounted by a star, attributed to Nicolas Darcantel, reviser of the trimmings in Maubeuge from 1808 to 1818. Barrel dated 1813, stick in drowning (hole of glass), comprising the punch of Bouyssavy as well as a button of reception. Rod type nail. Good mechanics, France, Ist Empire period. 37 cm
