Philippe Pasqua
Born in Grasse in 1965, Philippe Pasqua is a fundamentally self-taught painter who has positioned himself on the fringe of institutions and classical circuits. Drawing his inspiration from Francis Bacon and Lucian Freud, it is a certain expression of marginality that inhabits his work. His first exhibition took place in 1990 at the Espace Confluence in Paris, and since 2010 he has been exhibiting his work permanently in the gallery The Storage located in Saint-Ouen l'Aumône. This space is both an exhibition space, a storage area and a sculpture garden allowing to immerse oneself in the artist's universe.
