“Panhard presents the 24 CT to enthusiasts of fast driving. Equipped with the famous Tigre engine with a brilliant performance of 150 km/h”. This is the opening of the catalogue for the launch of the new 24, the tone is set! The Panhard 24 is presented to the press on 24 June 1963 at the Truffaut rose garden. It was a great success, but Citroën, who had owned the brand since 1965, did not really help the brand’s development due to the lack of a very limited network. It would be the last of the Panhard and Levassors in history when production ceased in 1967. The 24 CTs are sought-after models for their original design and relative rarity. The model presented here represents a chance to acquire an interesting restoration project. The body is in a very good state of preservation, sound and without any trace of corrosion. The engine and gearbox assembly is missing but can be found without too much difficulty. The upholstery in black leather is in excellent condition. As is the paintwork, which was probably redone a few years ago.
