Lindbergh received the kind invitation and would very much like to attend the inauguration of the “Mémorial de l’Escadrille La Fayette” in upcoming May. He does not yet know whether he will be in Paris at that date.
The monument was erected in memory of the fallen aviators during the First World War and is located in Marnes-la-Coquette.
