Founded by Stanley Arnolt, the eponymous brand marketed a model presented by Bertone at the Turin Motor Show in 1952. Based on the MG TD, it featured its chassis and a 1,250cc engine. Manufactured in both England and Italy, the final assembly was carried out in Chicago, where the car could be equipped with certain options. A total of 102 units were produced between 1953 and 1954, including 67 coupes and 36 convertibles.
