Collection Anna Lisa • Art on Wheels

Mysterious and enigmatic, the Anna-Lisa Collection includes some of the most beautiful cars of pre- and post-war Italian production. Hidden away in the dark, it was assembled over time with the sole objective of preserving an exceptional heritage.

It was upon discovering this unique collection of cars that had been lying dormant for more than thirty years that Patrick and Anne-Lise Duvarry's vocation was born: to promote the passion of those who have devoted their lives to creating their unique collection, thus contributing to the preservation of this formidable 20th century automotive heritage... The Anna Lisa Collection was born!

Both very Italian and heterogeneous, the ANNA-LISA Collection has taken the decision to revive these cars by allowing the greatest number of people to have access to them. The collection intends to unveil, according to the projects and restorations, these masterpieces of mobile art, whether they are pre-war cars, obsolete popular cars, GT sports cars with a racy aesthetic designed by the some of the greatest coachbuilders or iconic supercars...

For the first time in 2021, the Parisian auction house Aguttes and the ANNA-LISA Collection have chosen to unveil a set of 33 cars, simultaneously, from its collection, thus giving enthusiasts and knowledgeable amateurs the privilege of pursuing this commitment to the valorization of one of the most formidable adventures of the 20th century.

Among the most beautiful pieces, a very rare and authentic Alfa Romeo Giulia Tubolare Zagato from 1965, an Alfa Romeo 2600 Sprint Zagato produced to a hundred copies, an Alfa Romeo 3000 SZ with less than 3,000 km on the odometer, but also a Lancia Appia Zagato, complete this prestigious quartet. The Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 S Freccia d'Oro, a symbol of the Italian automotive power of the immediate post-war period, should also be coveted by collectors from all over the world. All presented without reserve under the hammer of Maître Aguttes, we leave it to you to discover them....

Ferrari BB 512i – ex. Jean-Paul Belmondo

Sold new by Autoexpo Spa in Bolzano, Italy in April 1982, this BB 512i's second owner was the l’As des As, le Magnifique: "Bebel". A great sports car fan, undisputed star of French movie industry, Jean-Paul Belmondo was at the peak of his career when he fell under the spell of this BB!

He will acquire it in December 1985 and will put it in his name at his home in the Rue des Saint Pères in the 6tharrondissement of Paris on January 9, 1986. The car carried the registration number 131 FSR 75, which it will keep until July 14, 2002. If we don't know how many kilometers it had at the time of its purchase, we know thanks to the registers of the prefecture which coincide with the elements in our possession, that the BB 512i counted 19,457 km on the odometer on April 14, 1992 and will reach 30,000 km on May 14, 2002, date on which it becomes the property of a couple residing in the Val-de-Marne. Another funny detail, the copy of the sale certificate written and signed by Jean-Paul Belmondo is attached to the file. Today the car has 40,978 km on the odometer with a regular evolution of its mileage with regular checks in 1992, 1996, 1998, 2002, 2007, 2009, 2012, 2015, 2017 and 2021. From 2002 to 2015, it will even carry the brilliant registration 512 VS 94! The Francilian couple, who used it regularly, took care to have this sublime Ferrari maintained in a very conscientious way, as attested by a large number of invoices from Pozzi or V12 Automobiles. Of course, the copies of the registration card in the name of Jean-Paul Belmondo and these third owners are on file.

On June 10, 2015, the car is sold through a company specializing in the trade of classic cars to its current owner. The latter will undertake a complete restoration of the vehicle and this without any budget cap. To do so, the car is sent to Maranello in Italy to obtain its Classiche Ferrari red book. Nothing was forgotten: the bodywork, upholstery, carpets, engine bay, running gear, front trunk... the list of jobs done is long and the result amazing! Of course, the engine and the gearbox are entirely reconditioned, as well as the whole electrical system. Sublime in its Argento medio Ferro color with a rare Daytona interior in black leather and light grey fabric (Pelle Nera/Stoffa), the interior has been completely redone taking care not to remove Jean-Paul Belmondo's autograph on the driver's ashtray. On October 1, 2021, it will receive its Classiche Ferrari certifying its engine and gearbox number and - of course - its unquestionable authenticity. In total, the restoration of this car exceeds by far 250 000 €. The price of a legendary car... as one of its second owner, L'Incorrigible, L'Alpagueur, Le Professionnel... The one and only Bebel!

1990 - Mercedes-Benz 190 2.5-16 EVO II

Unique in the world by its condition and its history, the Mercedes-Benz 190 2.5-16 EVO II that will be presented at the auction at Aguttes is a real first hand car! Sold new by the Chevalley garage in Geneva, it was put on the road in December 1990, it is number 309 out of 500 built.

Its owner, a great motor sports enthusiast and a skilled driver, used it for all his long journeys and business trips as an alternative to the plane or the train. Many kilometers were gobbled during the first 5 years of its life, round trips from Geneva to Paris mainly for professional reasons. This fabulous car was simply the company car of the seller. When the car had accumulated a little more than 250,000 km, the current owner offered it to the Chevalley dealership in Geneva from where the car was ordered new. In view of the derisory buy-back price offered by the garage and his love for the rare Mercedes, Mr. C decided to keep it as a collector's item and to drive it occasionally, for pleasure and not for work. The car will always be maintained by the Mercedes garage of Geneva and this without counting.

Today it has received a new paint job from the Plan-les-Ouates body shop and the tires and the brakes are new. Mr. C certifies that the car has never been in an accident and no part, except for its maintenance at Mercedes, has been changed or modified. At the time of testing the car, the owner confided to us with an unconcealed smile that no one has ever sat in the back of the car, and that the ashtrays have never been used. Meticulous maintenance. The Swiss technical inspection, known for its severity, has just been successfully validated. This one is ready to take the road. Its owner is passing the torch and is now passing on an asset that is dear to him. The next one to take care of it shall do as he did for 31 years…
