His contract with the Encyclopédie covers six pages at 225 francs, making a total of 1,350 francs: ‘You have used such small type that you have only printed four pages of my work. On the other hand, you have published one and a half pages of photographs, provided you are willing to correct the record to state that the Palace of the Soviets was designed by me and not by Freyssinet’… He requests that his remuneration be topped up…
