<p>TAPUSCRIT avec CORRECTIONS autographes,Maigret en meublé, 1941 ; 162 ff. in-4 à perforation marginale, reliure basane bleu roi, filets et triangle à froid en forme de f lèches sur les plats, dos titré or (charnières et dos un peu frottés), sous emboîtage de papier « serpent » lie de vin avec fenêtre et reproduction de la jaquette du roman, titre au dos (Thérèse Treille). Tapuscrit complet, très corrigé par l'auteur, de ce roman policier. Il est daté en fin « Shadow Rock Farm, Lakeville (Connecticut), 21 février 1951 », et signé par l'auteur.</p>
