Pommel with a skirt from which the bevelled joint arch extends.
Ring-shaped guard with a teardrop-shaped quillon.
Ebony tang with a fluted profile.
Straight Solingen blade, engraved, gilded and blued to one-third of its length.
Leather scabbard with two brass fittings (damage to the leather).
France, Consulate and First Empire periods.
