Large 4to. (445) folios including the table of contents (ff. 1–9), printed on heavily watermarked laid paper.
Contemporary calfskin on wooden boards, cold-stamped with motifs (chequered patterns and fleurons) on the covers, 5 large metal rivets on each cover, metal fastenings, leather straps at the back, 2 reused vellum endpapers (one strap broken, edges slightly soiled, browning at the top of the page (without affecting the text) on a quarter of the ff. with minor modern repairs (ff. 151–229), slight worm damage without affecting the text, a few scattered stains and light pinholes, ff. 420 printed across the page (but complete), a minor tear at the side of ff. 272, water damage at the side).
Pen-and-ink bookplate ‘Bibliotheca Limbourgensis 1714’ at the top of the text.

Third incunabulum edition by Georg Husner of the CXV sermons of Prato, comprising 445 unnumbered and unsigned folios.
A fine edition printed in a single column of 42 lines with red headings, including some very carefully executed initials with decorative motifs and marginalia (a face painted within a capital A, ff.132).
A copy that has remained in fairly fresh condition with wide margins, preserved in its original (restored) binding.
The reused vellum is part of a religious manuscript, probably from the 14th–15th centuries, with initials in red.
2 ff. handwritten in the 16th century (ff. 424–425) replacing part of the missing text (end of sermon CVIII and sermon CIX) in fine, difficult-to-read brown ink, on approximately 50–60 lines per page, i.e. three and a half pages.
