Appointment of Joseph de FEYDEAU as President of the Parliament of Bordeaux, noting first that, by virtue of the Edict of Nantes, there must be ‘in our Court of Parliament of Bordeaux […] a Chamber of Justice composed of two presidents and twelve councillors, half of whom are Catholic and half of the so-called Reformed faith, to hear the cases of our subjects within the jurisdiction of the said Parliament who profess the said so-called Reformed faith’…
